Domestic Violence Arrest: Why Tom Sandoval Wants Girlfriend Victoria and Her Dad Out of His House ASAP!
Vanderpump Rules alum Tom Sandoval has filed for a temporary restraining order against his girlfriend, model Victoria Lee Robinson, following her recent arrest for domestic violence.
According to court documents obtained by TMZ on Thursday (June 25), the 42-year-old reality star alleges a pattern of severe physical and verbal abuse throughout their relationship, culminating in a violent altercation.
Details of the Incident
Sandoval claims the latest dispute escalated after a night of drinking, which began as a verbal argument. The situation intensified when he noticed Robinson, 33, filming him. According to Sandoval, her father, Will Robinson—who has been living with the couple—also became aggressive, forcing Sandoval to lock himself in a room for his own safety.
The documents state that Victoria later attacked Sandoval inside the home, allegedly striking him in the face and head with enough force to blur his vision. Following the alleged assault, Sandoval contacted law enforcement, resulting in Victoria's arrest.
A History of Alleged Abuse
The restraining order filing details a volatile environment, with Sandoval claiming that Victoria’s father had lunged at him and pinned him in a bear hug just moments before the physical assault on June 3.
Furthermore, Sandoval alleges that Victoria has been abusive over the course of their two-year relationship. His claims include:
- Physical Violence: Being punched in the face and hit with a full Gatorade bottle.
- Digital Control: Secretly tracking his location via an AirTag and changing passwords on his phone and social media accounts.
- Verbal Abuse: Frequent insults, including being called a “f–king loser” and being told she could "do much better" than him.
Moving Forward
In light of the arrest and the ongoing safety concerns, Sandoval is legally seeking to have both Victoria and her father immediately removed from his residence.
